Cancellation and No Show to Appointment Notice

Please contact us with 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment

We understand, life happens and things come up, so we want to accommodate as best we can for our time as well as yours. Our stylist’s time is in more demand then ever so, for courtesy of all our stylists, as well as all clients looking to schedule appointments with our stylists, we have to stand behind our 24 hour cancellation policy.

All cancellations within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment will have responsibility of paying 50% of the service cost before rescheduling the next appointment. Anyone who does not show for the scheduled appointment will be charged full cost of service for the missed appointment before rescheduling the next appointment.

Please NOTE: This charge is based on each stylist at Sorella Salon. If you are sick, please stay home and reschedule your appointment with 24hr notice.
