Salon Appointment Policy
At Sorella Salon, we understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, we kindly ask that you provide us with a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This notice allows us to effectively accommodate other clients who are also looking for appointments with our professionals.
Please be aware that failure to provide at least 24 hour notice may result in a cancellation fee that is equivalent to 50% of the service you had scheduled. Additionally, if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the cost of full service. To ensure our policy is upheld, we require a credit card to be held on file at the time of booking your appointment.
We have a 10-minute grace period after your appointment time. Anytime after that, we hold the right to kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment at your stylist's next availability. This assures our professionals schedule continues to respect all our clients scheduled appointments.
