Cancellation Policy

We know life happens and things come up and we want to accommodate as best as we can! Our service providers time is in more demand then ever. So for courtesy of all our clients and any clients looking to get in with our stylists we have a 24 hour cancellation policy and may charge based on each service provider. If you are sick, have a fever or cough, please stay home and reschedule your appointment. If you do not show for your scheduled appointment you may be charged full price for missed appointment. To ensure our policy is upheld we require a credit card to be held on file at time of booking your appointment.

Late policy

We have a 10 minute grace period into your appointment, anytime after that we ask you reschedule your appointment to your stylist next availability to respect other clients time and keep the stylist day running smooth. We ask that you call the salon to make the stylist aware your gonna be late, or to reschedule your appointment.
